Air Jordan 1 Mid Dia De Muertos is an edition created to celebrate the Mexican holiday Día de Muertos, or Day of the Dead. The pair draws inspiration from Mexican traditions and the flowers that decorate altars during the holiday, making it one of the most colorful Jordan 1 Mids.

Jordan 1 Mid Dia De Muertos – look and colorway

The shoe's look is primarily composed of three colors: white, cracked yellow leather, and fuchsia. The yellow stitching contrasts with the pink panels, and the Swoosh is stitched with red thread. The "Para Mi" and "Familia" inscriptions also catch the eye, emphasizing the family-oriented nature of the holiday.

Materials and comfort

The upper combines smooth and cracked leather, while the sole with an Air unit in the heel provides cushioning. The mid-top height provides good ankle support without restricting movement.
